NearYou Bags 3 Gold Service Awards

NearYou website and mobile App developed by Beechwood Communications has bagged 3 Feefo Gold Service 2019 awards. The award is an an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers.
The Trusted Service award has always been about recognising those companies that excel beyond the norm, providing outstanding levels of experience for their customers – and rightly being awarded our most prestigious accreditation according to Matt West CEO of Feefo.
NearYou averaged a of 4.9 rating out of 5 over a 12 month period. During 2018 online reservations on NeaerYou for classes, events and courses grew by 47%.

Feedback from customers has helped us focus on making it easy for people to find and book classes online. During the course of 2018 NearYou introduced new services such as ClassPasses, and the ability to buy courses online and via the mobile APP.
Account areas were created to allow customers to view bookings, make class pass reservations, update their information, re-book with their favourite instructors and studios.
The overall feedback is the NearYou is very easy to use, it makes reserving fitness classes very easy.

New Applications
