Beechwood launch Mayflower Marina website
30th March 2012
Running up to the start of the boating season Beechwood Communications launch a new website for the Mayflower Marina. Mayflower Marina is one of the South West’s Premier Marinas recently achieving the 5 Gold Anchor Award. The marina has 396 permanent berths and 40 visitor berths making it one of the largest Marinas in South West of England. Buoyed with success the Marina appointed Beechwood Communications to get the website ship shape for the forthcoming season. The new website is designed to attract boat owners looking to berth there boats in the South West of England. The web design incorporates video and high quality lifestyle pictures and social media. Stephen Auty CEO of Beechwood said “We carried out a lot of research prior to coming up with the web design for this project. The strap line developed by Beechwood “The Home of Great Sailing” fitted in with an image of it being more than just a place to park your boat... its about living the boating life style. The concept was to project a strong vibrant image, more about sailing and boating than berthing. The website was also designed to allow the marina to develop revenue streams from contractors and advertisers wishing to advertise on the website. Overall the website gives the Mayflower Marina a big competitive edge over its main competitors. We believe that the quality of enquiries will increase and that’s important in a tough market.” If your looking to reposition your business and increase online traffic and conversions call today on 0845 163 8000.
